Here’s how we do it…

1. THE ESTIMATE – Our unique system of estimating establishes a clear-cut description of responsibility for your specific project. While we encourage each homeowner to get more than one estimate, we are confident that ours will be honest, detailed and accurate. Once your estimate is finalized and signed it actually becomes the work order for our team. Everyone has a copy to work from…the homeowner, the office, the project manager and the tradesmen. This allows us to stay on the same page and keep realistic expectations.

2. Next step is for the homeowner to make their selections. Items on estimate that need to be addressed will have budget numbers inserted. Once final selections are made, these numbers will be adjusted to reflect actual cost. The office will then check stock on material, evaluate current schedule and discuss with you the next available start date.

3. Start meet with your project manager.

4. We will provide a time-line for work but we would like to note that we never sacrifice quality for time.

5. Project begins.

We have several resources to help assist you throughout the selection process as well as guide you through decisions that need to be made during your project. We feel it is our responsibility as professionals to guide you to value. We want you to get the most for your dollar and be proud of the new changes in your home or office. We understand that many times we are in the most personal areas of your home and we strive to make the entire transaction as smooth and easy as possible.
